Le rose di Marianne
The apartments are located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful old town of Brixen. They are located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018.
Apartment west
1-3 persons The apartment consists of a single spacious room with a double bed and a single sofa bed. In the room there is also a kitchenette with a fridge, sink and an induction plate. the bathroom is spacious and complete with a shower and bidet. The apartment is equipped with smart-TV.
Apartment south
2-4 persons The apartment consists of a double bedroom and a room with a single bed and a single sofa bed. There is also a small kitchen, a bathroom and a corridor. The apartment is directed to the south and west, with a balcony facing south and a large terrace facing west.
Guestpass - Brixen Card
Upon arrival you will receive the Guestpass (BrixenCard) from us free of charge.
This allows you to use all public transport for free, you are entitled to one ascent and descent with the Plose cable car per day, you have free access to the Acquarena every day (except on Sundays and public holidays), you can visit almost all South Tyrolean museums for free, you can take part in the guided tours of the Brixen Tourist Association and get discounts with many other providers.

BrixenCard
Upon arrival you will receive the BrixenCard free of charge with countless benefits.
Bedding and towels
Bed linen and hand towels are provided. For longer stays, we change the towels every 3 days and the bed linen once a week.
Parking space
The private parking space is located directly in front of the house. Bicycles can also be stored.
Internet
There is free and fast wifi throughout the flat.
Kitchen
The flats have a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer and microwave.
Not smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the flats, but each flat has a balcony where you can smoke.
Pets
Pets are welcome. We kindly ask you not to let them on the beds.
TV and Netflix
Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and has access to its own Netflix account.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. We are happy to provide a cot and high chair. Children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge.
Languages
We speak english, parliamo italiano, wir sprechen Deutsch, 我们会说中文

PRICES
In certain months, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
Booking conditions:
Upon receipt of your reservation and an advance payment equal to 50% of the total amount, your reservation will be considered binding. The advance payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. The remaining balance will be due after arrival.
Cancellations up to 1 week before arrival are free of charge, and the advance payment will be fully refunded. For cancellations made from 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged, and the advance payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.
The price includes:
– BrixenCard
– bedding, towels and laundry
– hairdryer, soap and shampoo
– final cleaning, during long stays cleaning once a week
– kitchen equipment
– smart-TV and Netflix account in each room
– wireless internet access
– electricity and heating, garbage disposal
– on request children equipment (cot, high chair)

– washing machine (only apartment west)
NOT included in the price is the tourist tax of 2,40 Euro per night and person, which will be levied on site. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
Check-in and out:
Your apartment is reserved for you on the day of arrival from 15 o’clock and on the day of departure until 11 o’clock. Please inform us about the planned arrival and departure times, we will do our best to meet you
BOOKING
Children up to 12 years do not pay.
Please count children under 12 years in the search if they need their own bed. You can then omit the children under 12 when booking. However, please notify us afterwards so that we can prepare the necessary beds!
Infants who do not need their own bed or sleep in the baby cot provided by us do not need to be specified when searching and booking. However, we ask that you notify us so that we can set up the baby cot.
You can book up to one day before arrival at the latest. For last minute bookings please contact us
